We’ve received a few complaints from paid users saying that the add-on behaves oddly. The typical symptoms are:
- Scheduler is not loading.
- Scheduler is not saving new schedule.
- Menu is not responsive.
- Upload Definitions are not loading.
- Users cannot save new upload definitions.
The most probable cause is the fact that you are logged into multiple accounts in one browser. Typically, you are logged into your personal account without a license and to the account which has license assigned. There is not much we can do about this – the browser is confused and the add-on is getting mixed account information.
Solution:
- Buy licenses even for your personal accounts
- Operate the add-on via incognito window of your browser while being logged into the account with assigned license.
